Welcome 2026 at Georges Mediterranean with an evening of refined celebration set against the glow of the harbour. This New Year’s Eve brings together exceptional Mediterranean dining, flowing champagne, and an elegant atmosphere designed to feel both elevated and effortless.
Inspired by the beachside glamour of Mykonos, the celebration draws on the sun-bleached spirit of Psarou Beach. Georges encourages all guests to embrace the theme and come dressed in your most dazzling white and gold attire!
Guests will enjoy a carefully curated multi-course set menu showcasing vibrant Mediterranean flavours, designed to be savoured over the course of the evening. A four-hour beverage package complements the experience, including a cocktail on arrival and Plomouri Ouzo served to the table.
As the night unfolds, music and atmosphere carry the celebration through to midnight, when the harbour comes alive for the countdown to the New Year.
